Dr. Tomek graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Oswego with a B.A. in Chemistry. He received his M.D. from SUNY College of Medicine in Syracuse. Following an Emergency Medicine residency at Michigan State, he completed his pediatric training at the University of Rochester School of Medicine. Dr. Tomek is board certified in pediatrics and is a fellow of the A.A.P. Welcome Dr. Tomek to our Penfield Pediatric family! Beginning November 4, 2006, weekend visits will be by appointment only. Families will be asked to call our office on Saturday or Sunday morning between the hours of 8:15 and 9:30 A.M. to schedule a time to come in. Hopefully, this process will cut down the waiting time to be seen. Please remember that weekend visits are only for children who are too ill to wait until the weekdays to be seen.
